I would like to take this opportunity to
invite any 4H, FFA, Scout group or City
Organization to have a stall space in the
    Paola Farmers Market.

The market will begin on Saturday, May
7, 2011 and every Saturday through Sept.
24th 7:30 am till Noon (or sellout) with a
    large kickoff on Opening Day.

On opening day we plan to have Music,
Artist, Face Painting, etc. located around
    the square .

All fees will be waived for your group if
they would like to have a table for a Bake
Sale, Raffle sales, or sell money making
    items.

We would also be very interested in your
group if they wanted to sing, play music
    or dance on May 7nd.

If you choose to have a Bake Sale all we
ask is that each item has a label on it
with the ingredients listed contained in
each product.  This label listing is so that
the purchaser knows if there are any
ingredients they might be allergic to in
    the product.

If you sell eggs they must be stored at or
below 45 degrees Fahrenheit in a
cooler.  Eggs should be packaged in
cartons free of foreign materials, and
Labeled with name and address of the
    individual selling.

If you are enrolled in the gardening or
horticultural project we are also very
much interested in having you sell your
produce or bedding plants at the Market.

Call or email for a contract if you are
interested in joining us as a vendor on
the square.  If you have a certain date you
are interested in please put on the
contract.  We would appreciate it if you
would select a couple different dates so
we do not have everyone selling on the
same  Saturday and make your efforts
    more worthwhile.

If you have any questions or are
interested in having a stall space at our
    Farmers Market please contact:
