    One entry per artist
    30” framed maximum size.
    Setup 8:00 a.m. October 11th.

    All work submitted must be original art produced
    by the applying artist.
    Electricity limited.  Participant  must
    provide industrial and/or commercial
    extension cords
    Water available at central location.  
    Participant  must provide
    containers.
    Chili must be cooked on site.  Meat
    and vegetables may be browned or
    sautéed ahead of time.  Any food
    other than chili can be sold, but
    participant will be considered a
    vendor and must apply as such.
    Teams may sell chili to visitors as a
    fundraising opportunity for their
    organization.  (must provide cups,
    spoons, etc.)

    Check-in starts at 8:00 a.m.
    October 18th.  

    Judging will start at 12:00 p.m.
    (noon);
    winners will be announced at 2:
    30 p.m.
    Teams will receive assigned
    space at check-in.  
    Participant is responsible for
    tables, chairs, etc.

    Chili only $25, Chili and other
    food items and/or Crafts $50

    Awards include “Overall Best
    Chili” 1st, 2nd, 3rd and “Best
    Decorated Booth”
    Arts & Crafts
    Vendors welcome
    Booth spaces are open air on grass or on
    concrete/asphalt.  
    Tents, tables, chairs, etc. will not be provided.
    Vendors will not be permitted to stake or drill tents
    into the concrete/asphalt.
    Electricity is limited.  
    Vendors must supply all extension cords.
    You will be notified regarding acceptance.
    Booth Fee $25.00 non refundable if application is
    accepted.
